Our ambition is to create a more equitable and prosperous world where gender inequality and the glass ceiling no longer exists.

Let me share with you why EAW exists:
We believe that every woman is capable of achieving anything she desires – but what we do know is that you can’t do it alone. Being an ambitious woman is too often portrayed as a negative, but we believe the desire to be fulfilled, to pursue your purpose or success, is as natural for women as it is for men.
By simply being here right now, you are playing a part in advancing women because you have the ambition and desire to do great things, initiate change and shine. And that alone is a fantastic place to start.
