We believe the future of business is in women. We believe it possible to end inequality in the workplace and smash the glass ceiling, once and for all. We're focused on having an impact and turning talk into action to bring about change.
Empowering Ambitious Women exists because we are the voice for ambitious women who are hungry to reach their potential. Being ambitious is too often portrayed as a negative, but we believe the desire to be fulfilled, to pursue your purpose or success, is as natural for women as it is for men.
We believe that every woman is capable of achieving anything she desires – but what we do know is that you can’t do it alone.

Our founder Caroline Kennedy came from humble beginnings growing up in adversity, to become an accomplished corporate CEO, author, and entrepreneur.
Caroline was formally recognised twice by the Telstra Business Women’s Awards for her achievements in business.
As a woman who led in male-dominated industries, Caroline is passionate about creating pathways for women leaders to step up, take a seat at the table and own it.
Caroline witnessed first hand how fear would hold too many women back for asking for what they want, and how too many women were scared to ask for the pay rise they deserve. She made it her mission to mentor women and men in the organisations she led, but the impact was never going to be enough to bring about change on a significant scale.
For years Caroline resisted stepping up to BE the change she wanted to see because she thought there were enough women's communities. But what Caroline realised is that for change to occur we must move from inspiring women to empower women and organisation to turn talk into action.
Empowering Ambitious Women is a collaboration between extraordinary, successful leaders, both men and women who are dedicated to being the change they want to see.
