Anne-Marijke Gerretsen is the director, and Behaviour Change Expert of Red Berry Leadership Development. She has spent almost 30 years facilitating behaviour change in leaders and potential leaders in various industries across a few continents. She started Red Berry Leadership Development to be able to assist individuals and organisations who struggle to create the change they want or need to make. She helps them develop the strategies that reduce resistance to change and achieve the change faster and make it stick. She works with HR/OD/L&D teams who struggle to create the change they have been asked to implement by helping them develop practical strategies that reduce resistance to change and achieve the change faster and make it stick. She also assists middle managers who struggle to balance the often-competing demands of their managers and their direct reports. She helps them decide where to focus their development and achieve the results they are after maximising their strengths. Her passion is to help people find the courage and develop the skill to change their lives fundamentally by making small, but key, changes.
